CrossFit Classes
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many division 1 sports programs, military units, police academies and Olympic athletes. The methodology is built around constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity, and combines cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, and gymnastics in as many ways as possible.
While CrossFit serves many elite training programs, it is designed for universal scalability and is ideal for everyone from grandmothers to professional athletes.
The magic is in the movements. All of CrossFit’s workouts are based on functional movements. These are the core movements of life, found everywhere, and built naturally into our DNA. They move the largest loads the longest distances so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time (intensity).
By employing a constantly varied approach to training, these functional movements at maximum intensity (relative to the physical and psychological tolerances of the participant), lead to dramatic gains in fitness. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work/time. The more work you do in less time, the more intense the effort.
Competition Program
CrossFit is driven by competition. The growth and need of the sport and demand of training continuously evolves. We follow a comprehensive training program with focus point being the CrossFit Open.
Our competition classes provides those athletes with ambitions of competition to train with like minding individuals in a group setting.
